Upon arrival at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi:

• Enter via Security Gate 1 (located behind Hall 1)
• At Security Gate 1, you will be required to pay for your Contractor Wristband and Vehicle Access Pass for the loading bay (rates listed below)
• Scan this QR Code for directions to Security Gate 1

Contractor Wristbands

• Contractor Wristband and Vehicle Access Pass, along with an official receipt, will be issued upon payment of the applicable fee. Payments can be made in cash or by credit card
• If your stay exceeds the period stated in the Contractor and Vehicle Access Form, additional charges will apply upon exit
• All contractors and drivers must present a valid Emirates ID (for UAE residents) or a passport and visa copy (for international contractors) 
• Proper PPE is mandatory for entry into the loading bay. The minimum PPE requirement includes steel-toe safety shoes, gloves, high-vis jacket, and hard hat
• Contractors and drivers must wear their wristband at all times while within the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi premises
• If a wristband is lost, ADNEC security must be informed immediately. A replacement wristband can be issued for AED 25
• Please refer to the Contractor and Vehicle Access Form for detailed procedures and charges. Submission of this form in advance is not required - contractors can register onsite at Security Gate upon arrival
• Exhibitors (whether accessing via the VE Doors or at the Hall Entrance) must obtain a wristband to access the ADNEC venue during the buildup and breakdown periods.
• Exhibitors are exempt from wristband charges and are not required to wear a wristband on the final day of build-up from 12:00 noon onwards, provided they present a valid exhibitor badge

Vehicle Access Passes

• All delivery vehicles must proceed to Security Gate 1 to obtain a Vehicle Access Pass for accessing the loading bay
• Drivers must register at Security Gate 1, with their name, mobile number, vehicle plate number
• The Vehicle Access Pass will be issued upon payment of applicable fees
• The Vehicle Access Pass will be stamped with the current time upon entry at the Security Gate
• Additional charges will apply for vehicles exceeding the allocated parking time in the loading bay
• The Vehicle Access Pass is valid for a single entry only
• Drivers must be informed of the correct stand number and hall number in advance
• Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Parking is prohibited in front of the VE Doors, emergency exits, lifts and yellow-hashed areas
• All vehicles must comply with ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi rules & regulations while accessing the loading bay
• During Event Days:
  • Vehicles delivering stock during the open period may arrive one hour before show opening and within one hour after show closing each day
  • Deliveries will only be permitted up to 15 minutes before the event opens
  • VE Doors and loading areas must be cleared of vehicles before the event starts
  • No deliveries are permitted once the event is open
  • Goods cannot be brought in through the main entrances of the halls
  • No contractor work or dismantling of any part of the stand is permitted during the event’s open period
