All exhibitors must acquire an ‘exhibitor’ badge – one for each individual working on your stand.
Your exhibitor badge will allow entry across the entire event - build-up, open/breakdown days.
Exhibitors (whether accessing via the VE Doors or at the Hall Entrance) must obtain a wristband to access the ADNEC venue during the buildup and breakdown periods.
Exhibitors are exempt from wristband charges and are not required to wear a wristband on the final day of build-up from 12:00 noon onwards, provided they present a valid exhibitor badge.
