Our general contractor is GES. They will provide electrics, compressed air, stand builds, graphics, furniture, decoration, and floorcovering. If you require any tables, chairs, bag holders, brochure racks or any other materials, please contact them.

If you are bringing your own compressed gas, this will be considered a special risk. You need to let the organisers and the venue know at least 28 days before the event.

If you have a Shell Scheme, it will come with carpet, 2 chairs, 1 table, 1 waste bin, 1x 3 pin socket per 9sqm with 500watts of power and standard lighting only.

GES is also our registration supplier. They will provide you with scanners which track visitors’ data.

At busy periods, it can be tricky to keep track of visitors to your stand and ensure that you have obtained their contact details. We do NOT give out visitor data after the show so the easiest way to keep a record of who visits your stand or technical seminar is to hire a scanner using the link in the e-zone.

All data acquired will be yours to use as you please.

ADNEC Free WI-FI

• Visitors can connect their devices to “ADNEC Free Wi-Fi” using a social media account or email ID
• Please note, free Wi-Fi is not recommended if you require internet for your stand
• ADNEC provides Wi-Fi for devices supporting the 5GHz frequency. To use the Wi-Fi, please ensure that your device is compatible with this frequency. It is no longer possible to revert to the 2.4GHz frequency
• Dormant internet sessions are automatically terminated after 10 minutes of inactivity. However, auto reconnect will be established once the registered device tries to connect.
